Data Processing
This summary complements the privacy policy and helps B2B clients assess BatiOffice before use in a business environment. This summary does not replace a signed processing agreement defining instructions, durations, security measures and processors.
Roles
BatiOffice acts as controller for the public website, commercial requests, and contractual relationship. For some processing of documents provided by a professional client, BatiOffice may also act as processor depending on the signed contract.
Data categories
- Professional contact details, company, role, and contact channels.
- Quote requests, WhatsApp/email messages, and worksite information.
- Documents shared to prepare quotes, invoices, or administrative files.
- Technical security data and logs required to operate the service.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained during the business relationship and then according to applicable Belgian legal, accounting, and contractual obligations. A client may request export or deletion where permitted by law via privacy@batioffice.be.
Subprocessors
Known technical providers are listed publicly on the subprocessors page. Any material change is documented in policies or contractual communications.
